At Shelf, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we inspect the items at our warehouse.
